The hands are classic Grand Seiko, and are filled with Lumibrite for excellent nighttime visibility; the markers also feature Lumibrite.
Powering the watch is the Hi-Beat Caliber 9S86, which delivers an accuracy of +5 to -3 seconds a day and offers 55 hours of power reserve. A GMT function allows the user to track an additional time zone, making SBGJ219 an excellent watch for frequent travelers.
